Recent Trip to Nagpur

On Rakhi (28th Aug'07) , i went to my sisters place i.e. Wardha. From Mumbai i took flight and reached Nagpur which is around an hour away from Wardha, there was someone to pick me up from the airport and when i saw the city even though for sometime and some of the areas till the time we reached Bus Station in order to catch the bus for Wardha, Nagpur was beautiful especially the greenery and the roads, it reminded me of Jamshedpur ( Tata Nagar ) where i went couple of years ago, even that place was awesome with lot of greenery, good roads and away from the painful traffic jams as one will find in Mumbai/Blore/Delhi.... I was telling the same to Sanjay(who came to pick me up) about this and he said that Nagpur is where the future belongs for the reason being its big, there is lot of space and it lies exactly in the center of the country with the best connectivity to all parts of the country and it is the only city in India from where all the four Metros are just overnight if you travel by train and already Infy, Wipro, TCS have taken land in Nagpur, also Nagpur International Airport project is going on at a good pace. All this gave me a good idea and i can definitely say that Nagpur will soon be the next Pune...but when that is the question...
